They do not replace on-site physical engineering assessments or specialized chemical testing by certified conservation specialists. Brightsvaultbundl accepts no liability for physical structural damage, delamination, or material losses arising from the independent application of techniques described in our monographs to physical historic property.

Brightsvaultbundl exercises no control over the privacy standards, content updates, or accessibility of these third-party platforms and accepts no responsibility for their operations or policies.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site or any of its features for users who violate these Terms, engage in automated denial-of-service attacks, or attempt unauthorized tampering with server configurations.

8. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Portugal. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of brightsvaultbundl.sbs, the parties agree to first seek amicable resolution through good-faith mediation. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
